一　御謡初めの御祝儀は一同着座にて申し上げる。御謡初めが始まると、御三家方の御
　　流御盃頂戴が段々と順番に両人ずつ罷り出る。相済んだら一同見計らって観世
　　太夫へ遣わす事を前々から取り置いておくのがよい。後は役者共を取り揃える事。

1. The congratulations for the first Noh chanting of the year are offered with everyone seated. When the first Noh chanting begins, members of the three branch families
　　gradually come out in pairs in order to receive the ceremonial sake cups from His Lordship. Once completed, everyone should judge the timing to send [gifts] to Kanze
　　Tayu, which should be prepared in advance. Afterward, the performers should be assembled.
