差出申御請証文之事
一 石玉垣延長拾九間 《割書：惣丈四尺九寸五分｜南北五間》
一 扉附石門壱ヶ町 《割書：東西四間半｜但シ 横五尺｜ 立八尺七寸》

永 五拾三文也
右者岩窪村内武田信玄公様墓碑外
囲取建之儀今般御窺御下知済之上
書面之通玉垣并石門御普請渡方
御相談被下候而巨細積方仕石取并細工
手間賄代其外持速駄賃共不残渡
之積ニ而前書代金六拾九両参分永五拾三文ニ而
引請為手合金右之内金五両引請人
立合ニ而只今慥ニ請取申所相違無御座候
然上ハ細工仕立方之儀ハ別紙絵図面并
仕様帳之通少も無相違成丈入念
相仕立可申候万一細工出来形御意ニ入
不申所御座候ハヽ何ヶ度成共仕立直し
差上可申上候代金御渡方之儀は細工
出来之通ニ随ひ追々御渡可被下候
且又右之通御引請申上候上ハたとへ
弁金等相立候共御定代金之外増

右の件は、岩窪村内の武田信玄公様の墓碑外囲いを取り建てる件について、この度御伺いの上で御下知が済んだ後、書面の通り玉垣並びに石門の御普請渡し方について御相談いただき、詳細な積算を行い、石取りや細工手間、賄い代、その他の運搬駄賃などを全て含んだ積算として、前記代金六十九両三分永五十三文にて引き受けることとし、手付金として右のうち金五両を引請人立ち合いの下で只今確かに受け取りました。相違ございません。
これより上は、細工仕立て方の件については別紙絵図面並びに仕様帳の通り、少しも相違なく丈夫に入念に仕立て申し上げます。万一細工の出来栄えが御意に入らない所がございましたら、何度でも仕立て直しをいたします。代金の御渡し方の件は、細工の出来具合に応じて順次お渡しいただければと存じます。
また、右の通り御引き受け申し上げました上は、たとえ材料費などが高騰いたしましても、御定めの代金以外の増額は

The above concerns the construction of an outer enclosure around the tomb monument of Lord Takeda Shingen in Iwakubo village. Following the official inquiry and receipt of authorization, we have consulted regarding the construction and delivery of the stone balustrade and gate as described above. After making detailed cost calculations including stone procurement, craftwork labor, meal expenses, and all transportation costs, we undertake this work for the aforementioned sum of 69 ryō 3 bu and 53 mon. As earnest money, we have just now reliably received 5 ryō from the above amount in the presence of the guarantor. There is no discrepancy.
From this point forward, regarding the craftsmanship, we will construct everything exactly according to the separate drawing and specification document, with careful attention to durability and without any deviation. Should any aspect of the finished work not meet with your satisfaction, we will remake it as many times as necessary. Regarding payment of the remaining fees, please remit them progressively according to the completion of the work.
Furthermore, having undertaken this work as described above, even if material costs should rise, we will not request any increase beyond the agreed-upon price
