This compilation relies primarily on the "Chūzan Seikan," "Chūzan Seifu," "Kyūyō," "Nantō-shi," "Okinawa-shi," and others, while also referencing the "Chūzan Denshinroku," "Kian's Diary," "Shiraishi no Jiryaku," and others, occasionally inserting annotations to clarify differences. For events relating to the period after the Meiji Restoration, I use the notes that this humble servant recorded during his service in Ryukyu in former years for compilation.
