以前は史傳なし天孫氏二十五世紀一万七千
八百二年と稱すといへとも其間の治亂興廢
に至りては今得て考ふへからす舜天王以還
凡三十六世とす《割書：舜天ノ王タリシヨリ今年｜ニ至リ凡六百九十八年》
一本編は系統に由り之を分ち天孫紀舜天紀英
祖紀察度紀尚思紹紀尚圓紀の六世紀と為し
毎紀繼承の由て來る所を詳かにす
一冊封を支那に請ひ册使の國に臨み進貢接貢
兩使舩の往還慶弔使者派遣の始末并に獻呈
方物の名目下賜贈答の品種等其恒例に係り
時事に與からさるものは必しも之を載せす
一攝政三司官の任黜其國事に關せさるものは

一職制服制の創定改革等は前人已に詳著あり
今此に載せす
一間切を割き別稱を立て海を塡めて地を築き
新に橋梁を架し門坊殿宇を創建する如き其
小なるものは載せす

以前は史伝がない。天孫氏二十五世紀一万七千八百二年と称するといえども、その間の治乱興廃に至っては今考えることができない。舜天王以降凡そ三十六世とする。《割書：舜天が王となってより今年に至り凡そ六百九十八年》
一、本編は系統により之を分かち、天孫紀・舜天紀・英祖紀・察度紀・尚思紹紀・尚円紀の六世紀とし、毎紀継承の由来する所を詳らかにする。
一、冊封を支那に請い、冊使の国に臨み、進貢・接貢両使船の往還、慶弔使者派遣の始末並びに献呈方物の名目、下賜贈答の品種等、その恒例に係り、時事に与からざるものは必ずしも之を載せず。
一、摂政・三司官の任黜で、その国事に関せざるものは載せず。

Previously there are no historical records. Although it is said that the Tenson clan [ruled for] twenty-five generations over 17,802 years, the periods of order and disorder, rise and fall during that time cannot now be examined.
