一、小梁川城之助殿へ（差し出す）御蔵（くら）の書き替え 壱通
一、切り添えの御新田御書付と銘書（めいしょ）の直し 壱包
内に書替え等の判物（はんもの）五通
一、元服の覚書、目録と共に入れると書き付けがある 壱包
右二口については、箱の内へ入れず、箱の上に置き、袱紗（ふくさ）にて包み置くこと。
