一札之事
春近郷御立山黒川山一円
唐松 樅 唐檜 山桐 城檜 姫子
五葉 桂 塩地 椹 川胡桃 柳
栗 槙 栂
右之御山ニ而木品此度御願上御請所被
仰付被下候難有奉存候依之今度被 仰付候別紙
御條目之通御請印仕候上ハ諸事堅相守可申候
幷杣日雇慥成者致吟味山入可仕候事
一御領所者勿論他領山続境目入念御領分之内
たりといふ共惣而御請求所之外一切入申間鋪旨
奉畏候其段杣日雇共江急度申渡堅相慎
可申候万一不届之儀外ゟ相知候ハゟハゝ御詮儀之上
如何様之曲事ニ茂可被 仰付候事
一御山代金上納之儀ハ当月金拾両来卯七月金五両
相残金者三両宛五ケ年ニ皆納可仕候事
右之通御山当寅年ゟ来ル申年迄七個所箇年（印）
之内御請負仕候申年秋中ニハ急度御断申上

春近郷御立山黒川山一円

右記の御山において、木材の件について、この度お願い申し上げ、請負所として仰せ付けられ下されたことを、有難く存じ奉ります。これにより、この度仰せ付けられました別紙の御条目の通り、請印をいたしました上は、すべて堅く守り申すべきでございます。
並びに杣（木こり）日雇いは確実な者を吟味して山に入らせるものでございます。
一、御領所はもちろんのこと、他領の山との境界においても入念に注意し、御領分の内であっても、すべて御請負所以外には一切立ち入り申さない旨を畏れ奉ります。その件については杣日雇いどもへも急度申し渡し、堅く慎むべきでございます。万一不届きの件が外から知られることになりましたならば、ご詮議の上、いかような処罰をもお申し付けくださって結構でございます。
一、御山代金上納の件については、当月金十両、来る卯年七月に金五両、残りの金は三両ずつ五ヶ年で皆納いたすものでございます。
右の通り、御山を当寅年から来る申年まで七ヶ年の間、御請負いたします。申年の秋中には急度御断り申し上げ

A Written Pledge
The entire area of Mount Kurokawa, an official mountain in Haruchika Village:
Japanese larch, fir, Japanese cypress, paulownia, hinoki cypress, princess pine
five-needle pine, Japanese Judas tree, salt-ground cherry, mulberry, river walnut, willow
chestnut, maki, hemlock
Regarding the timber from the aforementioned official mountain, we are deeply grateful that our petition has been accepted and we have been appointed as contractors. Therefore, having affixed our seal of acceptance to the separate sheet of official regulations as instructed, we shall strictly observe all matters.
Additionally, we shall carefully examine and employ only reliable persons as woodcutters and daily laborers to enter the mountain.
Article 1: Not only within the domain lands but also at boundaries with other domain mountains, we shall be particularly careful, and even within the domain territory, we respectfully pledge that we shall never enter any areas outside our contracted zone. We shall strictly convey this matter to the woodcutters and daily laborers, and they must exercise extreme caution. Should any misconduct become known from outside sources, after investigation, any punishment deemed appropriate may be imposed upon us.
Article 1: Regarding the payment of mountain fees, we shall pay ten ryō this month, five ryō in the seventh month of the coming Year of the Rabbit, and the remaining amount at three ryō per year over five years until fully paid.
As stated above, we contract this mountain for seven years from this Year of the Tiger until the coming Year of the Monkey. By the autumn of the Year of the Monkey, we shall certainly submit our resignation...
