を成すと言っている。これによって口の病気が酒に起因することが多いことが分かるであろう。鼻について、内経では「西方の白色が入って肺に通じ、竅を鼻に開く」と言っている。およそ鼻の病気は、鼻汁を出したり、鼻血を出したり、鼻癰や息肉を生じたり、あるいは香りや臭いを感じなくなったりする症状を起こすが、これは皆、肺熱の引き起こすところである。その肺熱を引き起こすことについて、風寒や外邪などを除けば、ただ酒に起因することが多い。本草では「酒の性質は大いに火を助けることができ、一飲して咽に下れば肺が先にこれを受ける」と言っている。そうであれば、およそ鼻の病気が酒に起因することを知るべきである。酒齄鼻は俗に言うざくろ鼻である。朱丹渓の説では多くはこれは
