転脈瘻（てんみやくろう）

○瘻（ろう）とは瘰癧（るいれき）の類（たくひ）なり病原論（ひやうけんろん）に転脈瘻（てんみやくろう）は酒（さけ）
を飲（のみ）大（おほい）に醉（ゑひ）て夜（よる）臥（ふし）て安（やす）からず因（より）て驚（をとろき）て嘔（はかん）とし
転側（いねかへり）て枕（まくら）を失（うしなひ）て生（しやう）ずる所なり始（はしめ）て発（をこる）時（とき）其（その）頭項（かしらうなし）
にあり躍脈（たくみやく）身（み）を転（てん）じて振（ふるふ）ことく人（ひと）をして寒熱（かんねつ）
せしむ其 根（ね）は小腸（せうちやう）にありといへり
水癖（すいへき）

吐いて度を越し、日を重ねても酔いが醒めず、時々腹や背中に穴を
穿つ者がいるが、これは酒熱毒気のなすところである。その身を動揺させて
消散させるべきである」とある。
飲酒中毒候（いんしゅちゅうどくのこう）
○『病源論』に「酒の性質には毒がある。人がもしこれを飲んで消化
することなく、人をして煩毒悶乱させる。『養生方』に
正座して天に仰ぎ、呼吸して酒食酔飽の気を出す。
気が出た後、たちまち飢えてかつ醒める」とある。
転脈瘻（てんみゃくろう）
【左丁】
○瘻とは瘰癧の類である。『病源論』に「転脈瘻は酒を
飲み大いに酔って夜臥して安らかでなく、そのため驚いて嘔吐しようとし、
寝返りを打って枕を失って生ずるものである。初めて発症する時、その頭項
にあり、脈が躍って身を転じて震えるようで、人をして寒熱
させる。その根は小腸にある」とある。
水癖（すいへき）
○『病源論』に「酔って臥し、覚めて水を飲むことなかれ。これを
服すれば水癖となる」とある。

Alcohol Poisoning Symptoms
○The Theory of Disease Origins states: "The nature of alcohol contains poison. If a person drinks it and cannot digest
it, it causes toxic irritation and mental confusion in people. The Methods of Health Cultivation states:
Sit properly and look up to heaven, breathe out the qi of alcoholic food intoxication and satiation.
After the qi is expelled, one immediately becomes hungry and sobers up."

○Fistula is a type of scrofula. The Theory of Disease Origins states: "Shifting pulse fistula occurs when one drinks alcohol,
becomes greatly intoxicated, lies down at night without peace, therefore becomes startled and tries to vomit,
tosses and turns losing the pillow, thus it develops. When it first occurs, it appears in the head and neck
area, with pulsing that causes the body to turn and shake, making people experience chills and fever.
Its root is in the small intestine."
Water Mass
○The Theory of Disease Origins states: "When drunk and lying down, do not drink water upon waking. If one
consumes this, it becomes water mass."
