伸ばすことができず、水底に沈むことを免れることはできない。水辺で遊ぶ者は必ずこのことを忘れてはならない。この一事は古書に出ているかもしれないが、まだ見たことがない。世間でこれが原因で命を失う者を目の当たりに見ることなので、これもまた大いに禁忌の一事とすべきである。○病気のために鍼治療をする人は飲んではならない。『内経』に「大酔した者に鍼を刺してはならない。人の気を乱すからである。また、すでに酔った者に鍼を刺してはならない。すでに鍼を刺した者は酔ってはならない」と言われている。○灸治療をする人は飲んではならない。『金匱』に「酒を飲んで腹や背中に灸をすることを大いに忌む。人の腸を結ばせるからである」と言われている。灸の前は言うまでもなく、灸の後もまた早々に飲んではならない。古

今の『医統』には灸の後に酒を忌むことが言われている。俗説に「灸の後は酒を飲んで気血を巡らせるべきである」と言われている。灸治療は元来気血を巡らせるためのものである。もし灸が気血を滞らせて、また酒を用いてこれを巡らせるべきであるならば、初めから灸をしない方がよいであろう。
酒害の治療法
○『内経』に「五味について、口が好んでこれを食べたいと思うときは、必ず自ら節制して過度にしてはならない。過度になるときはその正気を傷つける。道を慎むこと法の通りであれば、長く天命を保つ」と言われている。されば大いに飲むことを戒めて、よく保養を慎み、病気にならないことを願う

If moxibustion causes qi and blood to stagnate, and alcohol must be used to circulate it, then it would be better not to apply moxibustion in the first place.
Treatment Methods for Alcohol-Related Disorders
○The "Inner Classic" states: "Regarding the five flavors, when the mouth desires to eat them, one must exercise self-restraint and not overindulge. When excessive, it injures the vital essence. If one is cautious about the Way as prescribed by law, one will long maintain the mandate of Heaven." Therefore, greatly abstain from excessive drinking, carefully maintain good health practices, and wish to avoid becoming ill.
