【右丁】
辰砂《割書：三匁》 麝香《割書：一匁》
右細末と為 再（ふたゝひ）辰砂（しんしや）二匁（にもんめ）を加（くわへ）茵蔯湯（ゐんちんたう）にて下（くた）す
日（ひゝ）に三服（さんふく）時（とき）に拘（かゝはら）ずして服（ふく）す《割書：此方世に云所の安神散｜なり麝香去て用す》
○先（まつ）服（ふくして）不（さる）＿レ酔（ゑは）方（はう）
○飲酒（いんしゆ）令（して）＿レ 人（ひとを）不（さらしむ）＿レ酔（ゑは）方（はう）
柏子仁 麻子仁《割書：各二両》
右 二味（にみ）細末（さいまつ）と為（なし）て用（もちゆ）酒（さけ）を進（すゝむ）る事 常（つね）に三倍（さんはい）す
○不酔方
菉豆 赤豆 葛根《割書：各等分》

右細末と為 末（いまた）酒（さけ）を飲（のま）ざる前（まへ）に当（あたり）て冷水（れいすい）を用（もつ）て
一匙（ひとさし）或（あるひ）は二匙（ふたさし）を服（ふく）すれは人（ひと）をして酔（ゑは）ざらしむ
○益脾丸 酒（さけ）を飲（のみ）て酔（ゑは）ず又（また）脾胃（ひゐ）を益（ます）
葛花《割書：二十匁》 小豆花《割書：十匁》 菉豆花《割書：五匁》
木香《割書：二匁五分》
右細末と為 蜜（みつ）にて丸（くわん）ず梧桐子（ことうし）の大（おほい）さのことく
紅花湯（こうくはたう）にて下（くた）す事 十丸（しふくわん）或（あるひ）は夜（よる）飲（のむ）には津液（つは）に
て五丸（こくわん）を下（くたす）最（もつとも）妙（めう）なり
○百杯丸 酒（さけ）胸中（けうちう）に停（とゝまり）膈気（かくき）痞（つかえ）満（みち）面色（めんしよく）黄（き）に黒（くろく）

右の薬材を細末にし、さらに辰砂二匁を加えて茵蔯湯で服用する
日に三服、時を問わず服用する《割書：この方剤は世に言うところの安神散である。麝香を除いて用いる》
○まず服用して酔わない方法
○飲酒しても人を酔わせない方法
柏子仁 麻子仁《割書：各二両》
右の二味を細末にして用いれば、酒を進めることが通常の三倍となる
○不酔方
緑豆 赤豆 葛根《割書：各等分》

右の薬材を細末にし、まだ酒を飲まない前に冷水を用いて
一匙あるいは二匙を服用すれば人を酔わせない
○益脾丸 酒を飲んでも酔わず、また脾胃を益する

one or two spoonfuls with cold water to prevent intoxication

Take 10 pills with safflower decoction, or when drinking at night, take
5 pills with saliva for the most wonderful effect
