罷出可申候と御意有之候ニ付
何とそ飯田迄罷出候様仕度

別紙へ相認申候尚又咄ニ
一机六七脚用意可致候
硯箱は御入用ニ無之由御座候
一挙母ニ而御供番位之
御仁御出被成候由《見せ消ち：候得共｜風聞承候得共》足助ハ
御使番之御方御本陣へ
御出被成尚又御立之節も
若党鑓挟箱ニ而次上下
被召御手札御出し御挨拶有之候
一阿島御役人様御出被成候由
途中ニ而承申候尤波合御関所へハ御成候由

出かけて参るようにとのお言葉がございましたので、
「何とか飯田まで参りますようにいたしたく、お願い申し上げます」
「いずれ飯田まで出向くことになろう。その際に諸々のことをお聞かせしよう」と仰せ下さいましたので、お暇をいただいて出かけて参りました。
一、足助の役人に尋ねた件について詳細は別紙に書き記しました。なお、話によりますと、
一、机を六、七脚用意いたします
硯箱はご入用ではないとのことでございます
一、挙母では御供番程度の身分の方がお出でになったとのことですが、足助では御使番の方が本陣にお出でになり、なおまたお立ちの際も若党が槍・挟箱を持って次の上下の装いでお召しになり、御手札をお出しになってご挨拶がありました
一、阿島の御役人様がお出でになったと途中で承りました。もっとも波合御関所へはお成りになったとのことです
