恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ奉る件
私の弟兼蔵は下町の木曽屋伊兵衛後家方へ
内縁関係がございますので、養子に差し遣わしたく内談いたしました。よって
願い上げ奉ります。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって願い奉る通りお仰せ付けいただけ
ますならば、ありがたき仕合わせと存じ奉ります。以上
