【右丁】
恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ奉る件
私は男子がおりませんので、この度仲買商の山形屋太郎兵衛の
弟兼蔵という者を養子に迎え、跡式相続の支度をするため
内談いたしました。よって願い上げ奉ります。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって願い上げ候通りお仰せ付け
いただけますならば、ありがたき仕合わせと存じ奉ります。以上
