【右丁】
井口氏の取り次ぎで提出したところ、同月25日に伊沢氏の取り次ぎで裏書きをいただいて交付されたため、中町の町代吉右衛門を呼んで渡しました。ただし、諏訪へ小白木類を一切売ることは許可されないとのご指示がありましたので、決して諏訪方面に売ることはしてはならない旨を厳しく申し渡しておきました。

この度、福地村の弥蔵が心願がございまして、弁財天橋の袂に馬頭観世音供養塔を建立したく、町方の世話を私がいたしたく、これにより願い上げます
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い上げました通りにお取り計らいいただければ、ありがたい仕合せと存じます。以上

右の願書は例の通り奥書をして御役所で貞六殿の取り次ぎで提出しましたところ、この願書は手違いで提出に及ばないとのことで戻されることになり、同役中に正式の印を押すよう差し出して中町へ戻りました。

After submitting through Inokuchi's mediation, on the 25th of the same month, we received the endorsed document through Izawa's mediation and it was delivered. Therefore, we called Kichiuemon, the town representative of Nakamachi, and handed it over to him. However, there were strict instructions that selling any small timber to Suwa was not permitted, so we strictly ordered that under no circumstances should anything be sold in the Suwa area.
