方御籏本様方御祓奉差上其外諸国配札
罷有候処 御当家様之御儀は先年御当国御
引移被為遊 御便【検ヵ】地之砌御領分伊奈村おゐ
て富士浅間神田御附被成下置只今ニ至り
私進退仕罷有冥加相叶難有仕合奉存候依之
富士浅間於社代々無怠慢御祈願相勤罷有候
然ㇽ処去七月檀家中ゟ大願ニ付天下泰平
御武運長久国家安全之大神事執行仕候砌
御当家様格別之御儀ニ付御武運長久之御祈願

祈願祈祷を執り行い、お祓いを献上し、また大名様方や旗本様方にお祓いを差し上げ、その他諸国に札を配って回っております。ところで、当家様におかれましては、先年当国にお引き移りになられ、御検地の際、領分の伊奈村において富士浅間神田をお付けくださり、今に至るまで私が管理させていただいており、冥加相叶う有り難い仕合わせと存じております。これにより富士浅間社において代々怠ることなく祈願を勤めさせていただいております。

performed prayers and rituals, offered purifications, and also presented purifications to daimyo lords and hatamoto retainers, and distributed prayer slips throughout various provinces. Regarding your honored house, when you moved to this province in previous years, during the land survey you graciously granted the Fuji Asama shrine rice fields in Ina village within your domain, and I have been managing them up to the present day, which I consider an auspicious and grateful blessing. Therefore, I have been diligently performing prayers at Fuji Asama Shrine for generations without negligence.
However, this past seventh month, at the request of the parishioners for a great petition, when I performed the great divine ritual for peace in the realm, long military fortune, and national security, since your honored house is of special standing, I performed prayers for military fortune and longevity
