一 私儀豆腐商売仕度奉存候形箱之儀ニ而
清水町源吉相休罷在候ニ付譲請商

右の件について十一日に御聞き済み、町代へ申し渡しました
恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申し上げる件
一 私は豆腐商売をしたいと存じます。商売道具一式について、
清水町の源吉が休業しておりますので、それを譲り受けて商
売をしたいと存じます。これによって願い上げ申し上げます。

右の趣旨について、御慈悲をもって願い上げます通りに
仰せ付けて下さいましたら、有り難い仕合せと存じます。以上
