私は実子がおりませんので、上伊那郡今村の茂七の息子で茂吉と申す者と内縁関係もございますので、養子にして家督相続をさせたく存じます。つきましては願い上げ申し上げます。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い上げました通りにお取り計らいいただけましたなら、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上
