離縁いたしました。そのため息子の牛之丞は私の方へ、娘のむめは先方へと、金嶋弥五兵衛と日影村の吉右衛門の両人の取り計らいで分けることになりました。そこで去る戌年二月中に治右衛門と同道で名主の伊右衛門の所へ参り、宗門抜きをしていただきたいと願い出ましたところ、もう宗門帳の記入は済んでいるので来る亥年まで延期しましょうと言われ、お願いいたしました。伊右衛門は承知してくれましたが、治右衛門があれこれ申して宗門抜きをしてくれないため、願い上げます。
