差上申候処後刻御聞届ケ之御沙太御座候ニ付丁代平兵衛

私甥屋麻兼三郎儀松平丹波守様御城下
世弥屋仁右衛門方《割書：江》売子奉公ニ差而遣申度

上記願書に末書印形を押して同十日に御役所において畑武右衛門殿の御取次で差し上げましたところ、後刻御聞き届けの御沙汰がございましたので町代平兵衛を呼んで申し渡しました。
恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申し上げます
私の甥屋麻兼三郎を松平丹波守様の御城下
世弥屋仁右衛門方へ売子奉公に出したく

存じます。つきましては御宗門の件について、帰って参りますまで無印にしていただけますよう願い上げます。
上記の趣旨について、御慈悲をもって願い上げました通りに仰せ付けていただけましたら、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上

I wish to send my nephew Yaasa Kanzaburo to serve as an apprentice clerk at Seyaya Niuemon's establishment in the castle town of Lord Matsudaira Tamba-no-kami.
