一 挽板 六百枚
一 弐間小割物 六百本
右は追々在方《割書：江》売遣シ申度奉存候ニ付鉾
持口白木御役所御通被成下候様奉願上候

恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申し上げます件
入野谷口、藤沢口、川下口、中沢口、坂下の右五ヶ所に狂言番付札を掛けたく存じます。ついては願い上げ申し上げます。
右の趣旨、ご慈悲をもって願い上げ申します通りお取り計らいくださいますならば、ありがたき仕合わせと存じます。以上

一 二間小割物 六百本
右は追々在方へ売り遣わし申したく存じますにつき、鉾持口、白木御役所をお通しくださいますよう願い上げ申し上げます。
