現代語訳

去秋、御幕下に拝謁させるため使者国頭王子を差し遣わし、大老の指示により登城させて貴大君を拝謁させました。誠に私の恐悦、何事かこれに如かん。さらに恵物を拝領し、俯仰無涯でございます。足下より賜った綿子を受用させました。また至子国頭王子にも白銀を賜った芳情、謝する所を知らないものでございます。委曲は屋富祖が相違なく説明できますので、詳しく述べることができません。恐惶不宣。

英語訳

Last autumn, I dispatched the envoy Prince Kunigami to pay respects under your curtained government, and following the Great Elder's instructions, had him ascend to the castle to pay homage to your Great Lord. Truly, my fear and joy—what could compare to this? Moreover, I received gracious gifts, and my gratitude is boundless. I have gratefully used the cotton seeds bestowed by Your Honor. Furthermore, regarding the gracious favor of bestowing silver upon Prince Kunigami as well, I know not how to express my thanks. Since Yafuso can explain the details without error, I cannot elaborate here. With fear and reverence, I leave much unsaid.
