　之跡を志たひ行処に敵三人取て返しせり合
　処江鳥山権三郎来て助合敵壱人突留候桑野
　も又壱人突留ん今壱人之敵石を以鳥山か面

　を志たゝか打本丸之方江欠出し逃行鳥山歟
　飛礫尓て強く打連当座に絶死致す桑野も石
　手鑓手負多れ共不痛して其所に暫休居多る
　所に木村新左衛門小畑勘之進立花七郎兵衛
　評地知権之丞多良尾杢右衛門来るを一同而
　本丸下蓮池右之方に休何方江可懸与見合ゐ
　居所江主君松倉右近本丸木戸口江乗込給ふ
　を見て欠付多り右近此攻口にして山後吉左
　衛門に下知仕給は本丸江鉄砲を打せよと也
　畏り候与申而木戸口尓て持筒を打せ一軍而

門、奥山茂太夫、三浦十右衛門、永田三郎右衛門、浪人岸野九郎左衛門らも皆、激しい戦いの中にいた。奥山茂太夫と永田市郎右衛門は討死し、杉山五郎兵衛は槍で負傷して退き、村田作右衛門と三浦十右衛門も負傷して退いた。また小者一人が討死し、負傷者三人を残して、桑野、佐野、岸野の三人だけで長い間激しく戦い、敵を突き崩そうとしたが、小平次と九郎左衛門もまた負傷してこの場所に留まった。桑野は敵の後を追おうと進んだところ、敵三人が取って返してきて激戦となった。そこへ鳥山権三郎が来て加勢し、敵一人を槍で突き止めた。桑野もまた一人を突き止めた。残り一人の敵が石で鳥山の顔面を

激しく打ち、本丸の方へ駆け出して逃げていった。鳥山は飛んできた石で強く打たれ、その場で絶命した。桑野も石と槍で負傷したが、痛みをこらえてその場で暫く休んでいた。そこに木村新左衛門、小畑勘之進、立花七郎兵衛、評地知権之丞、多良尾杢右衛門がやって来て、一同で本丸の下、蓮池の右の方で休み、どちらの方角に攻撃を仕掛けるべきかと様子を見ていた。そこへ主君松倉右近が本丸の木戸口に乗り込むのを見て、駆けつけた。右近はこの攻撃口で山後吉左衛門に下知して「本丸へ鉄砲を撃て」と命じた。「畏まりました」と申して木戸口で鉄砲を撃たせ、全軍で
