　兵奈し使を鍋島江遣し而急に城に登ら志
　免ん事を云送候之榊原飛騨守父子鍋島
　陣所ゟ先登す忠郷豊氏勢を卒して二
　丸に入る合戦須
勇功記曰廿七日之朝熊谷伊織《割書：後号半｜右衛門》岡
