　左衛門等此外旗本之諸物頭幷小姓中児性徒
　之者入可千余人御旗本を堅む鳥毛之三団子
　之御幡幟御乗与之傍に有り此所ゟ忠郷之をは
　せし中多々羅へ頻に軍使を被立夫ゟ先江旗
　本被寄事堅く御上可有与也亦太守忠郷之
　近習之輩に被仰而曰兵部太輔殿縦大守之
　御差図に背き給旗本を被進共面々御評可
　申若兵部太輔殿之御心に従ひ申に於而者厳
　科に行ひ至はん由御使番度々に及し也忠郷
　茂本意無事に思連希れ共御父之仰重きに寄

　而力無茂止り至ひ彼處ゟ軍士を以て先手之
　輩を下知せら類当手之兵士者云に不及
