　乗申迚貝を吹押太皷を打て壱万余騎之
　軍勢抜連而乗込時干黒田忠之之家臣黒
　田美作勢樓に有而卒原之城江不可乗鍋島之
　軍勢向之山之横手迄押付候時に乗候扁し早乗
　り不可然与下知春類思ふ図に成而采配を振て
　諸勢を進免て勝利せしと也

　一二月廿七日城乗之時討死

　　急度申入候二月廿七日之未之刻三之丸之塀
　　此方江捕則内へ押込申候二之丸際迄押詰柵
　　竹把を付次第又可申入候急申候故両手之儀
　　与如此候諸手之丸之儀者未存候　上使衆ゟ
　　可被仰入候此段阿部備中殿稲垣摂津守
　　殿板倉周防守殿江茂被仰入可被下候猶重而
　　御左右可申入候恐々謹言

現代語訳

攻撃を仕掛ける」と言って貝を吹き、太鼓を打って一万余騎の軍勢を率いて突き進んで攻め込んだ。その時、黒田忠之の家臣である黒田美作が櫓にいて「原城には攻め込めない。鍋島の軍勢が向かいの山の横まで押し付けた時に攻め込んだので、早まった攻撃で良くない」と下知したが、思った通りになって采配を振って諸勢を進ませて勝利したのである。

『並河氏覚書』に記載：
一、二月二十七日城攻めの時の戦死者
　並河（千石）角右衛門　岡崎（千石）兵左衛門《夜討ちの夜、具合が悪かったので二十七日に戦死した》
　村尾（二百石）新九郎　草場（百五十石）六之丞　山田（御小姓百五十石）伊織
　村田（浪人として扶持方合力米を受ける）道済　三宅（百五十石）一学

『切支丹蜂起覚書』に記載：
　急ぎ申し入れます。二月二十七日の未の刻、三の丸の塀をこちら側で奪取し、すぐに内へ押し込みました。二の丸際まで押し詰め、柵や竹束を設置次第、また申し入れます。急いで申し上げるので両手（の文字）がこのような状態です。諸手の丸のことはまだ分かりません。上使衆からお申し入れいただけるでしょう。この件について阿部備中殿、稲垣摂津守殿、板倉周防守殿にも申し入れていただきたく存じます。なお重ねて御報告申し上げます。恐れながら謹んで申し上げます。

英語訳

Recorded in the "Kirishitan Hōki Oboegaki" (Christian Uprising Memorandum):
　I urgently report: At the hour of the Sheep on the 27th day of the 2nd month, we captured the walls of the third bailey on our side and immediately pressed inside. We pushed up to the edge of the second bailey, and as soon as we set up the palisades and bamboo bundles, I will report again. Since I write in haste, my handwriting is thus. I do not yet know about the various baileys. The senior commissioners will make their reports. Please also inform Lord Abe Bitchū, Lord Inagaki Settsu-no-kami, and Lord Itakura Suō-no-kami of this matter. I will report again in detail. Respectfully and humbly submitted.
