御規式之外御番衆熨斗目麻上下可致着用候

一 琉球人登 城之節御徒二組道中警固仕
候様可被相達候
面々屋敷前警固出候間昨日相渡候書付之
趣可被申聞候
一 両使和田倉橋迄来時可有注進候
一 両使退出之節大手下馬迄相越候時可有注進
右注進有之而出仕之面々退出候様可致候
一 御玄関前ゟ中之御門迄莚敷候様に可被致候
献上之御馬中之御門外腰懸に而諏訪部文九郎
同文右衛門受取之大広間庭上え如先例之

現代語訳
御規式の外、御番衆は熨斗目麻上下を着用すべきである。
右の御書付をお渡しする
一 琉球人が登城の節、御徒二組が道中警固を仕るよう申し達すべきである。
面々の屋敷前で警固に出るので、昨日お渡しした書付の趣旨を申し聞かせるべきである。
一 両使が和田倉橋まで来た時は注進すべきである。
一 両使が退出の節、大手下馬まで越えて来た時は注進すべきである。
右の注進があってから出仕の面々は退出するようにすべきである。
一 御玄関前から中之御門まで莚を敷くようにすべきである。
献上の御馬は中之御門外の腰掛けにて諏訪部文九郎・同文右衛門が受け取り、大広間庭上へ先例の如く牽いて行くよう申し達すべきである。

Outside of formal ceremonies, the guard units shall wear noshi-me hemp kamishimo.
The above written instructions are to be handed down.
1. When the Ryukyu people ascend to the castle, two groups of foot soldiers shall provide security along the route, and this should be communicated.
Since each will station guards in front of their residences, the contents of the written instructions handed down yesterday should be conveyed to them.
1. When both envoys reach Wadakura Bridge, this shall be reported.
1. When both envoys withdraw and reach Ōte-geba, this shall be reported.
After the above report is made, those on duty shall withdraw.
1. Mats shall be laid from the front of the main entrance to the Naka-no-gomon.
The tribute horses shall be received by Suwabe Bunkurō and Suwabe Bunemon at the seating area outside Naka-no-gomon, and led to the Ōhiroma courtyard as per precedent, and this should be communicated.
