一 蝦夷人に対して理不尽なことをしてはならないこと
右の条項を守ること。もし違反する者がいれば、当家代々の先例の判断に従って、速やかに厳罰に処すべきものである。

一 諸国から松前へ出入りする者たちが、志摩守に相談せずに蝦夷人と直接売買することは曲事（違法行為）とすること
一 志摩守の許可なく渡海して売買する者がいれば、必ず報告すること

一 蝦夷人に対して理不尽なことを申しかける者は固く禁止すること
右の条々に違反する者は厳罰に処すものである。よって件の如し

1. Those coming and going to Matsumae from various provinces shall be guilty of misconduct if they engage in direct trade with the Ainu without consulting Shima-no-kami (Lord of Matsumae)
1. If anyone conducts trade by crossing the sea without permission from Shima-no-kami, this must be reported immediately

Additionally, regarding the Ainu people, they may travel anywhere at their own discretion
1. Those who make unreasonable demands upon the Ainu people are strictly prohibited
Any who violate the above articles shall be severely punished. Thus it is ordered.
