一 同七年丙申（1836年）八月十三日、格式御中小性を賜り、一人扶持御加増、高二十四俵三人扶持を賜り、勤め方はこれまで通り
一 同九年戊戌（1838年）十二月二十三日、病気につき中間頭御休息所詰を願いの通り御免、この以後御給仕方を勤めることとする
