一　享保十七年壬子（1732年）亡父幸右衛門の願い置いた通り幼年につき御合力三人扶持を下される

一　同二十年乙卯（1735年）五月十九日　明日より小家勝六と一人ずつ時々年の間江戸に詰め、坊主の呼び出しおよび御家老中・御用人中の諸事用事を勤め、御奉公見習いをするよう仰せ付けられる。四時より出仕し御家老中の御退出まで詰めること

一　元文二年丁巳（1737年）正月十五日　子供無格より格式御徒士を仰せ付けられ三人扶持居住

一　同四年未（1739年）二月十三日　妹が三上十五右衛門の妻の姪につき、同人方へ養女に遣わしたいとの願いが済む

一　同四年未三月八日　年立ったにつき高十八俵二人扶持を下され、御供方御徒士を仰せ付けられ御徒士頭支配となる

一　延享元年子（1744年）三月二十八日　妹を松平大和守様御家来矢石五右衛門方へ妻として遣わしたいとの願いが済む

一　寛延元年辰（1748年）十一月二十一日　弟を嶋田市十郎様御家来樋口甚太夫の養子に遣わしたいとの願いが済む

一　同三年庚午（1750年）八月十八日　御料理方を仰せ付けられ、向後御用人支配となる。亡父幸右衛門の勤めた品もあることから、なお末々御用に立つよう御上屋敷勝手担当《割書：これまで御供方御徒士なり》

一　宝暦四年甲戌（1754年）四月二十八日　内田主殿様御家来溝口元右衛門の妹を妻にしたいとの願いが済む

一　同年八月三日　妻と不縁につき溝口元右衛門方へ差し戻す

一　同年十一月五日　御大略につき御料理方が減らされるため当分御供方を仰せ付けられる

一　同七年丁丑（1757年）四月八日　御賄方を仰せ付けられ御料理方兼帯

一　同八年戊寅（1758年）五月十五日　道具方仮役を仰せ付けられる

1. Genbun 2, year of the snake (1737), 1st month, 15th day: Promoted from child without rank to ranked go-ashigaru and granted residential stipend for 3 people

1. Same 4th year, year of the sheep (1739), 2nd month, 13th day: Request approved to send sister as adopted daughter to Mikami Jūgorōuemon's family, as she is niece to his wife
