一 安永十年辛丑年五月十三日、幼年のため御合力四人扶持を下され、成長の上で跡式相応の職を仰せ付けられることとなった。
一 天明四年甲辰年三月八日、呼次を仰せ付けられた。
一 同七年丁未年十一月二十八日、年が立ったため亡父の跡式として高十八俵二人扶持を下され、勤め方はこれまでの通り、時々に応じて御徒士勤めを仰せ付けられることとなった。
一 寛政二年庚戌年三月二十一日、御使勤めを仰せ付けられた。
頼以君の御代
一 同三年辛亥年五月五日、御上屋敷勤めを仰せ付けられた。
一 同四年壬子年三月十二日、御供方にも出仕することを仰せ付けられた。
一 同五年癸丑年二月一日、今後は御徒士頭支配となった。
一 同七年丁卯年五月二十四日、妹が御小人頭和田兵太夫殿組の鈴木八五郎の弟政蔵への嫁入りを願い出て許可された。
一 同八年戊辰年六月一日、市四郎と改名した。これまでは市五郎。
一 同年八月二十五日、来月八日の卯の日に妙義への御代参を仰せ付けられた。
一 同十二年庚申年二月五日、御徒士目付を仰せ付けられ、割場出役はこれまで通りとなった。
一 享和元年辛酉年五月十五日、格式御供番を下され、衣類方を仰せ付けられ、割場出役は今まで通り、二俵の御加増で御用人支配となった。
一 同二年壬戌年八月十二日、御下屋敷への引越しを仰せ付けられた。
一 同年九月十四日、身の持ち方が宜しくないため、思し召しにより永の御暇を下されるところであったが、格別の御慈悲をもって御家に置かれ、格式勤め筋を召し上げられ、御徒士へ帰番、御使勤めを仰せ付けられ、高十八俵二人扶持を下された。
一 文化元年甲子年十月十一日、御宛行を召し上げられ、永の御暇を下され、家断絶となった。
一 同十一年甲戌年五月四日、御屋敷への御立入りを免じられた。

- On the 13th day of the 5th month of An'ei 10 (1781), Year of the Ox, due to his young age, he was granted support provisions for 4 people, with the promise that upon reaching maturity he would be appointed to a position appropriate to his inherited status.
- On the 8th day of the 3rd month of Tenmei 4 (1784), Year of the Dragon, he was appointed as yobitsugu (page/junior attendant).
- On the 28th day of the 11th month of Tenmei 7 (1787), Year of the Sheep, having come of age, he was granted his deceased father's inherited position of 18 hyō and provisions for 2 people, with service duties as before, to be assigned ashigaru duties from time to time.
- On the 21st day of the 3rd month of Kansei 2 (1790), Year of the Dog, he was appointed to messenger duties.
During the reign of Lord Yoriyori
- On the 5th day of the 5th month of Kansei 3 (1791), Year of the Boar, he was assigned to service at the lord's upper residence.
- On the 12th day of the 3rd month of Kansei 4 (1792), Year of the Rat, he was also ordered to report for attendant duties.
- On the 1st day of the 2nd month of Kansei 5 (1793), Year of the Ox, he was henceforth placed under the supervision of the ashigaru commander.
- On the 24th day of the 5th month of Kansei 7 (1795), Year of the Rabbit, his sister's marriage to Masazo, younger brother of Suzuki Hachigoro of magistrate Wada Hyodayu's group, was approved upon petition.
- On the 1st day of the 6th month of Kansei 8 (1796), Year of the Dragon, he changed his name to Ichishiro, having previously been called Ichigoro.
- On the 25th day of the 8th month of the same year, he was ordered to serve as proxy pilgrim to Myogi on the Day of the Rabbit, the 8th day of the following month.
- On the 5th day of the 2nd month of Kansei 12 (1800), Year of the Monkey, he was appointed ashigaru inspector, with his assignment to the accounting office continuing as before.
- On the 15th day of the 5th month of Kyōwa 1 (1801), Year of the Rooster, he was granted the status of formal attendant, appointed to clothing management duties, with his accounting office assignment continuing as before, receiving an increase of 2 hyō and placed under magistrate supervision.
- On the 12th day of the 8th month of Kyōwa 2 (1802), Year of the Dog, he was ordered to move to the lord's lower residence.
- On the 14th day of the 9th month of the same year, due to improper conduct, by lordly decree he was to be granted permanent dismissal, but through extraordinary mercy he was retained in the household, stripped of his formal position, returned to ashigaru status with messenger duties, and granted 18 hyō and provisions for 2 people.
- On the 11th day of the 10th month of Bunka 1 (1804), Year of the Rat, his stipend was confiscated and he was granted permanent dismissal, resulting in the extinction of his family line.
- On the 4th day of the 5th month of Bunka 11 (1814), Year of the Dog, he was granted permission to enter the lord's residence.
