一　延享四年丁卯年三月十三日、娘を彦坂五郎右衛門様の御家来である内藤友七という者の養女として遣わしたいと願い出て、許可された。

一　同年春、松山重助の妻と離縁し引き取った。

一　寛延二年己巳年正月十五日、御留守居組小頭から御徒士に取り立てられ、高十八俵二人扶持を下され、御次番を仰せ付けられ、御用人支配となった。《割書：これまでは五石九斗なり》

一　同年三月五日、八木三郎様の御家来である加藤半右衛門の次男半治《割書：二十三歳》を養子にしたいと願い出て、許可された。

一　宝暦三年酉年九月二十三日、病死した。

一　宝暦三年酉年十一月十五日、亡父武太夫の跡式を間違いなく継ぎ、高十八俵二人扶持を下され、御徒士御次番を仰せ付けられ、御下屋敷勤めとなった。

一　同年十二月二十四日、元〆下役書役兼帯を仰せ付けられ、御上屋敷において今まで通り勤務することとなった。

一　同五年乙亥年三月十七日、中野式右衛門支配を仰せ付けられた。

一　同年十一月二十七日、病死した。息子がおらず勤めの間もなかったため、養家による名跡継承を願い出た。

　　ただしこれまでは亀井五郎兵衛組小頭で、元文年間以前は高三両三分であった。

During the reign of Lord Genryu-in
- On the 13th day of the 3rd month of Enkyō 4 (1747), Year of the Rabbit, his petition to send his daughter as an adopted daughter to Naito Tomoshichi, a retainer of Lord Hikosaka Goroemon, was approved.

- In the spring of the same year, he divorced and took back Matsuyama Jūsuke's wife.

- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Kan'en 2 (1749), Year of the Snake, he was promoted from deputy head of the caretaker group to ashigaru, granted 18 hyō and provisions for 2 people, appointed to guard duty rotation, and placed under magistrate supervision. {{Marginal note: Previously 5 koku 9 to}}

- On the 5th day of the 3rd month of the same year, his petition to adopt Hanji {{Marginal note: 23 years old}}, second son of Kato Hanemon, a retainer of Lord Yagi Saburo, was approved.

- On the 23rd day of the 9th month of Hōreki 3 (1753), Year of the Rooster, he died of illness.

- On the 15th day of the 11th month of Hōreki 3 (1753), Year of the Rooster, he inherited his deceased father Budayu's position without change, was granted 18 hyō and provisions for 2 people, appointed to ashigaru guard duty rotation, and assigned to the lord's lower residence.

- On the 24th day of the 12th month of the same year, he was appointed to concurrently serve as deputy secretary under the head clerk, and was to remain at the upper residence as before.

- On the 17th day of the 3rd month of Hōreki 5 (1755), Year of the Boar, he was placed under the supervision of Nakano Shikiemon.

- On the 27th day of the 11th month of the same year, he died of illness. Having no son and serving only briefly, a petition was made for succession through adoption into the family.

- On the 1st day of the 4th month of Kampō 3 (1743), Year of the Boar, as petitioned due to old age and infirmity, he retired with a replacement.
　　However, until then he had been deputy head of Kamei Gorobei's group, with a stipend of 3 ryō 3 bu before the Genbun era.
