一 寛保三年癸亥年四月一日、父祖兵衛の老衰により、願い出た通り番代として引き継いだ。
一 明和八年辛卯年、願いにより目付役を免じられ、関川権兵衛組目付となった。高五石三斗二人扶持。
一 同年十月二十六日、願い出た通り息子への番代を承認された。《割書：江戸にて願い出、当人は領地在住》

一 寛政二年庚戌年三月二十三日 御拝知年から代々勤めているので、御徒士に取り立てられ、高十八俵二人扶持を下され、御次番を仰せ付けられた。
一 同年十一月二十八日、中沢郷下新山村の利左衛門の息子万作について、由緒があるため厄介として預かりたいと願い出て、許可された。
一 同三年辛亥年三月二十八日、江戸在番として御上屋敷御錠口番を仰せ付けられた。
一 同年四月二十四日、在番中に奥様御賄仮役を仰せ付けられ、錠口番はこれまで通り継続。《割書：江戸にて》
一 同五年癸丑年十月一日、御仕入材木薪方を仰せ付けられた。
一 同七年丁卯年三月三日、厄介の万作を養子にしたいと願い出て、許可された。

- On the 28th day of the 11th month of the same year, his petition to take in Mansaku, son of Risaemon from Shimoshinyama Village in Nakazawa District, as a dependent due to existing connections, was approved.
- On the 28th day of the 3rd month of Kansei 3 (1791), Year of the Boar, he was appointed to guard duty at the main gate of the upper residence during his Edo service rotation.

- On the 8th day of the 8th month of Tenmei 6 (1786), Year of the Horse, he was appointed to domestic affairs at the upper residence.
- On the 28th day of Kansei 1 (1789), Year of the Rooster: Due to old age and additionally becoming sickly, he was relieved of kitchen duties and appointed as gate guard at the inner gate of the lower residence domestic quarters, under the supervision of the chief inspector.
