一 寛政二年庚戌年三月二十一日、坊主勤めを免じられ、大目付支配となった。
一 同三年辛亥年 本寿院様の御料理方を申し付けられた。

一 文化元年子年三月八日、子供三人にお合力として一人扶持ずつを下された。
一 同十年癸酉年、兄弟が次々と片付いて、永田弁吉が年頃になったため、伯父の松田小伝治の願いにより、御扶持方を差し上げ、小伝治の厄介となり、同年坊主見習いを申し付けられた。

Nagata Hanji
- On the 18th day of the 5th month of Tenmei 6 (1786), Year of the Horse, he was employed as a monk attendant and granted provisions for one person, with bedding allowance given as usual.
- On the 14th day of the 2nd month of Tenmei 7 (1787), Year of the Sheep, he was appointed to concurrently serve as inner monk attendant for the time being.
- On the 5th day of the 7th month of the same year, he was granted an allocation of 4 koku and provisions for 2 people.
- On the 21st day of the 3rd month of Kansei 2 (1790), Year of the Dog, he was relieved of monk duties and placed under chief inspector supervision.
- Kansei 3 (1791), Year of the Boar: He was appointed to Lord Honju-in's culinary department.
- On the 1st day of the 12th month of Kansei 6 (1794), Year of the Tiger, he succeeded his relative Kuro, receiving a stipend of 5 koku and provisions for 2 people, with duties continuing as before.
- On the 28th day of the 9th month of Kansei 10 (1798), Year of the Horse, he was promoted in rank to ashigaru, granted 18 hyō and provisions for 2 people, with duties continuing as before under supervisor of pages.

Nagata Sensuke
- On the 13th day of the 2nd month of Kyōwa 4 (1804), Year of the Rat, he succeeded his brother Hanji, receiving a stipend of 5 koku and provisions for 2 people, under chief inspector supervision for lower residence domestic affairs.
- On the 18th day of the 2nd month of the same year, he absconded.
- On the 8th day of the 3rd month of Bunka 1 (1804), Year of the Rat, his three children were each granted provisions for one person as relief aid.
- In Bunka 10 (1813), Year of the Rooster, as the brothers had gradually been taken care of and Nagata Benkichi had come of age, upon petition by his uncle Matsuda Kodenji, the stipend support was transferred and he became a dependent of Kodenji, being appointed as monk apprentice in the same year.
Naruse Jinzaemon
