一 延宝四年乙未年九月二十八日、十両四人扶持で御祐筆として召し出された。
村岡団蔵
初名 平次郎
一 元文元年丙辰年六月九日、親の弥一右衛門の願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられ、幼年のため御合力四人扶持を下され、呼次御徒士となった。
一 同二年丁巳年四月二十日、弟平蔵を浪人の碕安右衛門という者の方へ養子にする願いが済んだ。
一 寛保二年壬戌年六月二十八日、年頃になったため、亡父の跡式として十八俵二人扶持で御次番を仰せ付けられ、平日はこれまで通りの勤務内容を心得るべきとされた。これも呼次である。
一 延享元年甲子年三月二十八日、弟を朽木修理様の御家来である増尾甚助方へ養子にする願いが済んだ。
一 同二年乙丑年正月十五日、御家老中・御年寄中・御用人中の書役助筆を仰せ付けられ、御上屋敷へ引っ越した。《割書：呼次》
一 同年閏十二月二十六日、栗林勘左衛門の養子縁組が不縁となり引き取った。
一 宝暦三年癸酉年十二月二十四日、御供番格を仰せ付けられ、二俵御加増で高二十俵二人扶持を下され、書役を兼帯した。
一 同四年甲戌年十一月一日、御帳前を仰せ付けられ、書役を抱えた。
一 同十年庚辰年六月二十九日、弟の増尾勘助を御寄合朽木織部様の御家来である増尾勘左衛門の養子にやっておいたところ、去る二十日夕方に出奔したため、久離を仕り、公儀へのお願いの通りに下されるべき旨の通達があった。
一 同十一年辛巳年三月九日、山王御領所武州下萩久保村の郷士宇田川政右衛門の娘を妻にしたいとの願いが済んだ。
一 同十二年壬午年閏四月二十二日、出奔した。
不如意のため立ち退いた旨を書付に置いた。この時点で書役であった。

- On the 28th day of the 9th month of Enpō 4 (1675), Year of the Sheep, he was summoned as a secretary with a stipend of 10 ryō and provisions for 4 people.

- On the 9th day of the 6th month of Genbun 1 (1736), Year of the Dragon, his father Yaichirōemon was granted retirement as petitioned, and being young in age, he was granted relief provisions for 4 people and appointed as yobitsuki ashigaru.
- On the 20th day of the 4th month of Genbun 2 (1737), Year of the Snake, the petition for his younger brother Heizō to be adopted by a rōnin named Saki Yasuemon was completed.
- On the 28th day of the 6th month of Kanpō 2 (1742), Year of the Dog, having come of age, he was appointed to guard rotation duty succeeding his late father with 18 hyō and provisions for 2 people, and was to understand that his daily duties would continue as before. This was also yobitsuki.
- On the 28th day of the 3rd month of Enkyō 1 (1744), Year of the Rat, the petition for his younger brother to be adopted by Masuo Jinsuke, a retainer of Lord Kuchiki Shuri, was completed.

- On the 1st day of the 11th month of Hōreki 4 (1754), Year of the Dog, he was appointed to account keeping duty with secretarial staff under him.
- On the 29th day of the 6th month of Hōreki 10 (1760), Year of the Dragon, regarding his younger brother Masuo Kansuke who had been sent as an adopted son to Masuo Kanzaemon, a retainer of Lord Kuchiki Oribe of the hatamoto, he absconded on the evening of the 20th, so formal separation was performed and notification was given that it should be handled as petitioned to the shogunate.
- On the 9th day of the 3rd month of Hōreki 11 (1761), Year of the Snake, the petition to marry the daughter of Udagawa Masaemon, a rural samurai of Shimohagikubo Village in Musashi Province within the Sannō domain, was completed.
- On the 22nd day of the intercalary 4th month of Hōreki 12 (1762), Year of the Horse, he absconded.
He left a written statement that he was departing due to financial difficulties. At this time he held the position of secretary.
