源隆院様の御代
一 元文四年己未年十二月二日、御徒士に取り立てられ、俵数として高十六俵を下され、郷方物書を務めた。
一 同六年辛酉年正月十五日、御家老中の書役を仰せ付けられ、二俵の御加増で高十八俵を下された。
一 寛保四年甲子年正月十五日、御供番格を仰せ付けられ、二俵の御加増を下された。
一 延享五年戊辰年二月十五日、飯田御領分殿岡村の百姓日能八左衛門の妹を後妻にしたいとの願いが済んだ。
一 同年五月十七日、拝領屋敷へ引き移り、跡屋敷を差し上げた際の処置が宜しくなかったため、遠慮を仰せ付けられた。
一 同年閏十一月二十六日、妻と不縁となり、飯田御領分の兄八左衛門方へ差し戻した。
一 寛延二年己巳年七月二十八日、御賄を仰せ付けられた。
一 宝暦二年申年正月、娘を中沢郷北福地村の縁者である源八方へ養女として遣わしたいとの願いが済んだ。
一 同年五月二十二日、御倹約により御台所向きの締まりが宜しく、御褒美として御金百疋を下された。
一 同三年癸酉年十二月二十三日、御勘定方兼帯を仰せ付けられた。
一 同五年乙亥年二月、娘を布施弥市郎様御支配所箕輪領神子柴村の加藤孫市という者の養女として遣わしたいとの願いが済んだ。
一 同年七月十二日、御大略により御賄方を御免となり、追々相応の勤め筋を仰せ付けられる予定であったが、当分御次番を仰せ付けられた。
一 同年九月六日、御賄御勘定の義に相違があり、遠慮を仰せ付けられた。
一 同年同月十六日、遠慮を御免された。
一 同十二年壬午年六月十五日、分一方を仰せ付けられ、御勘定方はこれまで通りとされた。
一 明和四年丁亥年八月十一日、役筋が不束であったため御役を御免となり、差し控えを仰せ付けられた。九月一日に差し控えを御免された。
一 安永三年甲午年四月十一日、老衰により願いの通り隠居し、忰の友右衛門に家督を仰せ付けられた。

During the reign of Lord Genryūin
- On the 2nd day of the 12th month of Genbun 4 (1739), Year of the Sheep, he was promoted to ashigaru and granted 16 hyō as his stipend, serving as a rural district secretary.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Genbun 6 (1741), Year of the Rooster, he was appointed as secretary to the senior councilors with an increase of 2 hyō, receiving 18 hyō.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Kanpō 4 (1744), Year of the Rat, he was appointed to escort guard rank and granted an increase of 2 hyō.
- On the 15th day of the 2nd month of Enkyō 5 (1748), Year of the Dragon, his petition to marry the sister of peasant Hinō Hachizaemon from Tonooka Village in the Iida domain as his second wife was approved.
- On the 17th day of the 5th month of the same year, when he moved to his granted residence and surrendered his former residence, his handling of the matter was improper, so he was ordered to refrain from duties.
- On the 26th day of the intercalary 11th month of the same year, his marriage was dissolved and his wife was returned to her brother Hachizaemon in the Iida domain.
- On the 28th day of the 7th month of Kan'en 2 (1749), Year of the Snake, he was appointed to provisions management.
- In the 1st month of Hōreki 2 (1752), Year of the Monkey, his petition to send his daughter as an adopted daughter to Genpatchi, a relative in Kitafukuchi Village, Nakazawa District, was approved.
- On the 22nd day of the 5th month of the same year, due to his excellent management of kitchen affairs during economic retrenchment, he was rewarded with 100 mon in gold.
- On the 23rd day of the 12th month of Hōreki 3 (1753), Year of the Rooster, he was appointed to concurrently serve in accounting.
- In the 2nd month of Hōreki 5 (1755), Year of the Boar, his petition to send his daughter as an adopted daughter to Katō Magoichi of Mikoshiba Village in the Minowa domain under Lord Fuse Yaichirō's jurisdiction was approved.
- On the 12th day of the 7th month of the same year, due to administrative restructuring, he was relieved of provisions management duties. While he was to be assigned appropriate duties in due course, he was temporarily assigned to guard rotation duty.
- On the 6th day of the 9th month of the same year, due to discrepancies in provisions accounting, he was ordered to refrain from duties.
- On the 16th day of the same month of the same year, his restraint from duties was lifted.
- On the 15th day of the 6th month of Hōreki 12 (1762), Year of the Horse, he was appointed to tax assessment duties while continuing his accounting responsibilities as before.
- On the 11th day of the 8th month of Meiwa 4 (1767), Year of the Boar, due to negligence in his official duties, he was relieved of his position and ordered to refrain from duties. His restraint was lifted on the 1st day of the 9th month.
- On the 11th day of the 4th month of An'ei 3 (1774), Year of the Horse, due to old age and infirmity, he was granted retirement as petitioned, and succession was granted to his son Tomouemon.
