一 寛政三年辛亥年三月晦日、実子がなく、先達って両度養子をしたところ離縁したため、松平河内守様の御家来礼田仙右衛門の次男与市《二十二才》を養子とし、直ちに娘と一緒にしたいとの願いが済んだ。
一 同年四月二日、江戸在番で御下屋敷御錠口番を仰せ付けられた。
一 同四年子年十二月二十日、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた。

一 文化元年子年四月二十八日、支配所替えを仰せ付けられ、入野谷郷、春近郷を仰せ付けられた。
一 同四年丁卯年九月十五日、永々病気のため、御代官を願いの通り御免になり、御次番を仰せ付けられ、御用人支配となった。
一 同年十二月二十一日、病死した。

- On the 5th day of the 7th month of Tenmei 3 (1783), Year of the Rabbit, he was appointed to tax collection duties with a stipend of 20 hyō and provisions for three people.
- On the 28th day of the 12th month of the same year, he was appointed to inspect rice fields during the autumn harvest. Due to his diligent service, he was granted 200 mon in gold.
- On the 3rd day of the 2nd month of Tenmei 7 (1787), Year of the Sheep, he was relieved of his duties and ordered to exercise restraint.
- On the last day of the 3rd month of Kansei 3 (1791), Year of the Boar, having no natural son and having adopted sons twice before who were later divorced, his petition to adopt Yoichi (age 22), the second son of Reida Sen'uemon, a retainer of Lord Matsudaira Kawachi-no-kami, and immediately arrange his marriage to his daughter was approved.
- On the 2nd day of the 4th month of the same year, he was appointed as gate guard at the lower residence while stationed in Edo.
- On the 20th day of the 12th month of Kansei 4 (1792), Year of the Rat, retirement was granted as petitioned.

- On the 20th day of the 12th month of Kansei 4 (1792), Year of the Rat, his adoptive father Tomouemon was granted retirement as petitioned, and he received 18 hyō with provisions for two people and was appointed as escort ashigaru.
- On the 18th day of the 6th month of Kansei 6 (1794), Year of the Tiger, he was appointed as rural district secretary under district magistrate supervision.
- On the 7th day of the 10th month of Kyōwa 1 (1801), Year of the Rooster, he was granted formal escort guard status and appointed as deputy magistrate, with an increase of 2 hyō.
- On the 28th day of the 4th month of Bunka 1 (1804), Year of the Rat, he was transferred to different administrative territories and appointed to Irinoya District and Haruchika District.
- On the 15th day of the 9th month of Bunka 4 (1807), Year of the Rabbit, due to prolonged illness, he was relieved of deputy magistrate duties as petitioned and appointed to guard duty rotation under chamberlain supervision.
- On the 21st day of the 12th month of the same year, he died of illness.
- On the 13th day of the 2nd month of Bunka 5 (1808), Year of the Dragon, his son Hannoshin was appointed to succeed him.
