真壁与九郎
初名 半之進
一 文化五年戊辰年二月十三日、亡父与一郎の跡式として高十八俵二人扶持を下され、格式御徒士御次番を仰せ付けられた。
一 同六年己巳年八月二十三日、御供方を仰せ付けられた。
一 同八年未年七月十三日、妹を礼田右衛門の養女とする願いが済んだ《江戸にて》。
一 同十三年丙子年六月十八日、御年寄中御用人中書役を仰せ付けられ、御用人支配となった。
一 文政元年戊寅年六月五日、格式御供番を下され、御代官地方掛かりを仰せ付けられ、郡代支配となった。
一 同三年庚辰年正月十五日、二俵の御加増を下された。
頼寧君御代
一 同五年壬午年九月二十八日、郷方御切替えにつき、御代官を滞りなく御免になり、御次番を仰せ付けられた。
一 同七年甲申年十月二十七日、出奔した。
中山新八
一 享保八年卯年十二月四日、御台所引廻し又は囲い勤めを仰せ付けられた。
一 元文二年丁巳年六月、病死した。

源隆院様御代
一 享保二十年乙卯年閏三月二十五日、御供方御徒士に召し出され、四両二人扶持を下され、御徒士頭支配となることが江戸にて仰せ出された。
一 同二十一年辰年正月十五日、無格にて郷方物書へ呼び出され、高三両二分二人扶持を下されたとある。
一 元文二年丁巳年八月十五日、亡父新八の跡式として、新八が数年実体を相勤めたため、御徒士格高四両二人扶持とし、勤め方はこれまでの通り郡代書役を相勤めることとなった。
一 同四年己未年十二月二日、元〆附御用勤めを仰せ付けられ、書役を兼ねることとなった。
一 同五年庚申年十二月二十八日、二俵御加増で高二十俵を下された。
一 延享二年十一月朔日、格式御供番を仰せ付けられ、二俵御加増

Makabe Yogorō
Original name: Hannoshin
- On the 13th day of the 2nd month of Bunka 5 (1808), Year of the Dragon, he succeeded his late father Yoichirō with a stipend of 18 hyō and provisions for two people, and was appointed to formal ashigaru guard duty rotation.
- On the 23rd day of the 8th month of Bunka 6 (1809), Year of the Snake, he was appointed to escort duties.
- On the 13th day of the 7th month of Bunka 8 (1811), Year of the Sheep, the petition to make his sister the adopted daughter of Reida Uemon was approved (while in Edo).
- On the 18th day of the 6th month of Bunka 13 (1816), Year of the Rat, he was appointed as secretary to the senior councilors and chamberlains, under chamberlain supervision.
- On the 5th day of the 6th month of Bunpō 1 (1818), Year of the Tiger, he was granted formal escort guard status and appointed as deputy magistrate for rural administration under district magistrate supervision.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Bunpō 3 (1820), Year of the Dragon, he received an increase of 2 hyō.
Reign of Lord Raiei
- On the 28th day of the 9th month of Bunpō 5 (1822), Year of the Horse, due to rural administration reorganization, he was smoothly relieved of deputy magistrate duties and appointed to guard duty rotation.
- On the 27th day of the 10th month of Bunpō 7 (1824), Year of the Monkey, he fled/deserted.
Nakayama Shinpachi
- On the 4th day of the 12th month of Kyōhō 8 (1723), Year of the Rabbit, he was appointed to kitchen service rotation or guard duties.
- In the 6th month of Genbun 2 (1737), Year of the Snake, he died of illness.
Nakayama Tōhachi
Reign of Lord Genryūin
- On the 25th day of the intercalary 3rd month of Kyōhō 20 (1735), Year of the Rabbit, he was recruited as escort ashigaru, granted 4 ryō and provisions for two people, and it was announced in Edo that he would serve under ashigaru captain supervision.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Kyōhō 21 (1736), Year of the Dragon, he was called to serve as rural district secretary without formal rank, and granted 3 ryō 2 bu and provisions for two people.
- On the 15th day of the 8th month of Genbun 2 (1737), Year of the Snake, succeeding his late father Shinpachi, since Shinpachi had served faithfully for several years, he was granted ashigaru rank with 4 ryō and provisions for two people, and would continue his duties as district magistrate secretary as before.
- On the 2nd day of the 12th month of Genbun 4 (1739), Year of the Sheep, he was appointed to chief accountant duties while continuing as secretary.
- On the 28th day of the 12th month of Genbun 5 (1740), Year of the Monkey, he received an increase of 2 hyō, making his total stipend 20 hyō.
- On the 1st day of the 11th month of Enkyō 2 (1745), he was appointed to formal escort guard duties with an increase of 2 hyō.
