頼母君御代
一 同四年壬子年二月十五日、足軽並に御取り立て、高三石五斗二人扶持を下され、勤め方はこれまでの通り御料理方を心懸けるべきこと。
一 同五年癸丑年十一月二十日、本寿院様の御料理方として当分助勤を仰せ付けられ、御表御台所はこれまでの通り。
一 同六年甲寅年十二月朔日、御休息所下錠口番を申し付けられた。
一 同十年戊午年十二月十五日、物書格として一石五斗の加米で高五石二人扶持を成し下され、勤め方はこれまでの通り。
一 同十一年己未年六月十八日、東御殿下錠口番兼帯を申し付けられ、御料理方は只今までの通り相心得、表御台所板之間小頭を首尾よく差し免じられた。
一 文化元年甲子年四月二十日、六斗の加米を下された。

- On the 20th day of the 2nd month of the same year, due to residence reassignment, he exchanged places with Nichiyorin Shimada Kojūrō.
- On the 15th day of the 3rd month of Kansei 12 (1800), Year of the Monkey, he was appointed to mountain affairs, fire brigade, and clothing management during Edo residence duty.
- On the 15th day of the 3rd month of Kyōwa 2 (1802), Year of the Dog, he was appointed as foot soldier inspector.
- On the 20th day of the 10th month of Bunka 2 (1805), Year of the Ox, he absconded and his house was dissolved.

- On the 7th day of the 3rd month of Kansei 1 (1789), Year of the Rooster, based on Nagasaka Zenzō's petition, he was recalled and appointed as assistant head of servants, assistant head of attendants, and bowl manager, with salary, provisions, and role stipend as before: 6 kan 500 mon, provisions for one and a half persons, and role stipend of 1 bu.
During the reign of Lord Yorimoto
- On the 15th day of the 2nd month of Kansei 4 (1792), Year of the Rat, he was promoted to the rank of foot soldier with a stipend of 3 koku 5 to and provisions for two people, with duties as before overseeing culinary matters.
- On the 20th day of the 11th month of Kansei 5 (1793), Year of the Ox, he was appointed as temporary assistant in culinary duties for Lord Honjuin, with the main kitchen duties continuing as before.
- On the 1st day of the 12th month of Kansei 6 (1794), Year of the Tiger, he was appointed as guard of the lower lock entrance of the rest quarters.
- On the 15th day of the 12th month of Kansei 10 (1798), Year of the Horse, he was granted the rank of scribe with an additional 1 koku 5 to of rice, making his total stipend 5 koku with provisions for two people, with duties continuing as before.
- On the 18th day of the 6th month of Kansei 11 (1799), Year of the Sheep, he was appointed to concurrently serve as guard of the lower lock entrance of the Eastern Palace, continuing culinary duties as before, and was successfully released from his position as assistant head of the main kitchen attendants.
- On the 20th day of the 4th month of Bunka 1 (1804), Year of the Rat, he was granted an additional 6 to of rice.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Bunka 8 (1811), Year of the Sheep, he was promoted to foot soldier rank with a stipend of 17 hyō and provisions for two people, with duties continuing as before under the supervision of the chamberlain.
- On the 2nd day of the 12th month of Bunsei 4 (1821), Year of the Snake, he died of illness.
