御錠口番を仰せ付けられ、それより打ち続いて
信証院様御錠口番を相勤めた。
一 同四年己未年二月十三日、井上作太夫の妹で私の妻の姪にあたるため、
養女にしたいとの願いが済んだ。
一 寛保二年壬戌年三月八日、養子を引き取った。
一 同年三月二十一日、養子繁八へ名跡を願い出、この時二十六俵
二人扶持御供番格である。
一 同年四月八日、病死。

一 寛保二年壬戌年五月十五日、亡父十五右衛門の跡式として高
十八俵二人扶持を下され、御徒士御供方を仰せ付けられ、
御徒士頭支配となった。
一 寛延二年己巳年五月朔日、御徒士目付仮役を
仰せ付けられ、御上屋敷に引越した。
一 同年六月十七日、御徒士目付本役を仰せ付けられ、二俵
御加増で高二十俵二人扶持を下された。
一 宝暦五年乙亥年七月十八日、妻との離縁を届け出た。
一 同六年丙子年十一月十八日、榊原式部大輔様の御家来水野
周作の妹を後妻にしたいとの願いが済んだ。
一 同七年丁丑年十月十三日、座間宗仲寺にて御法事があり、
永嶋新右衛門を差添として遣わされ、御手当として百疋を下された。
一 同八年戊寅年正月十五日、御供番を下され、御徒士小頭を
仰せ付けられ、御手廻頭兼帯で五俵御加増、高二十五俵二人
扶持を下された。
一 明和元年甲申年十月朔日、中間頭を仰せ付けられ、向後御用人
支配となった。
一 同二年乙酉年三月二十二日、御徒士小頭真塗【真壁か】友左衛門、山本
儀右衛門が御役を召し放たれたため、差し懸かりで御事欠くため、内田
三郎右衛門と申し談じ、御徒士方の義について当分取り引きを致し、地廻り
御供を相勤めることとなった。同年七月五日、右の世話を御免となった。
一 同年十二月朔日、当年のところ御年男を仰せ付けられ、麻の
御上下を下された。

- On the 13th day of the 2nd month of Genbun 4 (1739), Year of the Sheep, his request to adopt as daughter the niece of his wife, who was the sister of Inoue Sakutayū, was approved.
- On the 8th day of the 3rd month of Kanpō 2 (1742), Year of the Dog, he took in an adopted son.
- On the 21st day of the 3rd month of the same year, he petitioned for his adopted son Shigehachi to inherit the family name, at which time he held the rank of lord's escort guard with 26 hyō and provisions for two people.

- On the 15th day of the 5th month of Kanpō 2 (1742), Year of the Dog, he inherited his late father Jūgorōemon's position with a stipend of 18 hyō and provisions for two people, was appointed to the foot soldier escort unit under the supervision of the foot soldier commander.
- On the 1st day of the 5th month of Kan'en 2 (1749), Year of the Snake, he was appointed to the temporary position of foot soldier inspector and moved to the upper mansion.
- On the 17th day of the 6th month of the same year, he was appointed to the permanent position of foot soldier inspector with an increase of 2 hyō, bringing his stipend to 20 hyō with provisions for two people.
- On the 18th day of the 7th month of Hōreki 5 (1755), Year of the Boar, he filed for divorce from his wife.
- On the 18th day of the 11th month of Hōreki 6 (1756), Year of the Rat, his request to take as second wife the sister of Mizuno Shūsaku, a retainer of Lord Sakakibara Shikibu-dayū, was approved.
- On the 13th day of the 10th month of Hōreki 7 (1757), Year of the Ox, there was a memorial service at Zama Sōchūji Temple, and Nagashima Shinemon was sent as an attendant, with 100 hiki granted as allowance.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Hōreki 8 (1758), Year of the Tiger, he was granted the rank of lord's escort guard and appointed as foot soldier sub-commander, with concurrent duties as personal guard commander, receiving an increase of 5 hyō for a total stipend of 25 hyō with provisions for two people.
- On the 1st day of the 10th month of Meiwa 1 (1764), Year of the Monkey, he was appointed as head of servants under the supervision of the chamberlain.
- On the 22nd day of the 3rd month of Meiwa 2 (1765), Year of the Rooster, foot soldier sub-commanders Manuri [possibly Makabe] Tomozaemon and Yamamoto Giemon were dismissed from their positions, causing a shortage in duties, so he consulted with Uchida Saburōemon and temporarily took charge of foot soldier affairs and served in local escort duties. On the 5th day of the 7th month of the same year, he was relieved of these responsibilities.
- On the 1st day of the 12th month of the same year, he was appointed as the year's ceremonial leader and granted hemp ceremonial dress.
