- 10th year (Tenpō 10, 1839), 12th month, 18th day: He was appointed to manage meals at the retired lord's rest quarters, thereby granted foot soldier ranking, and henceforth placed under the supervision of the chief retainer.
- 11th year (Tenpō 11, 1840), 9th month, 9th day: He absconded.

- 5th year (Genbun 5, 1740), 3rd month, 28th day: He was granted succession to his late father Hachirōbei's position, receiving twenty hyō and two-person stipend without change, under the supervision of the foot soldier captain.
- Hōreki 2 (1752), 10th month, 28th day: He was appointed as temporary foot soldier inspector.
- 3rd year (Hōreki 3, 1753), 6th month, 22nd day: He was appointed as regular foot soldier inspector and granted an increase of two hyō.
- 5th year (Hōreki 5, 1755), 6th month, 7th day: He was appointed as temporary clothing department officer.
- 12th year (Hōreki 12, 1762), 2nd month, 13th day: His request to adopt Saichi, the second son of Satō Yoichiemon, was approved as requested.

- Same month, 29th day: Regarding the adoption of Saichi, second son of Satō Yoichiemon, the request made while still alive was approved as petitioned, and Saichi should observe the prescribed mourning period.
