現代語訳
停止する必要はないとのことであるが、鳴物については右の御法事中は慎み、家業以外の殺生は停止し、火の元については特に注意するようにとのことである。
右の趣旨を御家中へ触れるように、また支配下の組々へも申し付けるように触れること。

別紙の御書付一通をお達しするようにと、清右衛門殿よりお渡しいただいたので回覧いたします。
御支配の御下役がいらっしゃる御方々はお伝えください。以上

It is not necessary to suspend [all activities], but regarding musical instruments, they should be refrained from during the said memorial service. Killing of living beings outside of one's livelihood should be stopped, and particular care should be taken with fire sources.
The above instructions are to be communicated to the retainers, and also to be applied to the subordinate groups under various jurisdictions.
