現代語訳
御普請方へ相談して楮畑を受け取り、御両人でよくよく世話をして植え付けを行うこと。この上は御役筋の担当となったので、請負方は油断なく手入れなどを行い、楮木がたくさん育つよう、御益筋を第一にお心得いただきたい。手入れなどの際は御中間を惜しまず立てて申し上げ、とにかく楮木倍増のみをお心がけいただきたい。右の件について同役とも相談し、なおまた下役にも申し付けて油断なくお取り計らい、ご配慮いただきたい。この件についてご了承いただいた旨のお指示があったため、同役にも諸事について、なおまた下役にも申し聞かせました。

Since this has now become the responsibility of the official departments, the contractors should diligently tend to maintenance and other tasks, keeping in mind that increasing profits should be the primary concern as the paper mulberry grows abundantly. During maintenance work, do not hesitate to employ attendants, and focus solely on doubling the paper mulberry production. Discuss this matter with fellow officials, and also instruct subordinates to handle this matter diligently and with proper consideration. Since there were instructions indicating understanding of this matter, I have informed fellow officials about various matters and also communicated this to subordinates.
