However, as His Lordship was feeling unwell, Naito Tonomo-no-kami served as his representative and ascended to the castle, whereupon the marriage proposal for Princess Tsune was approved as requested. Therefore, in celebration, all samurai from ashigaru foot soldiers and above should wear hemp formal dress and appear at the registry today.
