鶴（つる）はたたあぢしははゆく平のものらうををぎなひきりよくます也
つるこそは風をさるなれむしによし肺（はい）すくやかになすものとしれ

猫（ねこ）はたたあますゆくして冷（ひへ）のものらうさひによきくすりなりけり
鼠（ねずみ）こそあぢはひすゆくどくもなしようそはれものかさくすりなり
ねずみこそはらみおんなにいましむるかならずはらみの子（こ）のおるるもの
現代語訳
【右丁】
鶴はただ味が甘く、性質は温和で平性のもの。老衰を補い、気力を増すものである
鶴こそは風邪を去るもので、虫に良し。肺を健やかにするものと知れ
鶴はただ白いものを好んで食用にすべし。百病にただ薬となるものであった
鶫は平性で、淋病に良し。腎の疲れ、陰嚢、腰の痛むのに良い
鶫はよく気を補い、毒もなし。諸病に用いて間違いなし
草の部（ね）

鼠茸は甘く冷性にて、虫、石疽、震え、肩凝り、百病の毒
鼠茸を多く食するな。霜降りや腹を患う人に深く戒める
獣の部
猫はただ甘く温性にして冷性のもの。労災によい薬となるものであった
鼠こそ味は甘く温性、毒もなし。癰疽、腫れ物、瘡の薬なり
鼠こそ妊婦に戒めるもの。必ず妊娠の子が堕ちるもの
