また曰く、石谷十蔵、板倉主水本陣へ引き取り言上を認め、急飛脚を以て御注進の序に京都所司代板倉周防守へ書状遣わす、文体略す、陣中落書多く聞こえ候えども無詮議に付きこれまた書かず

別本島原記に曰く、元日城攻めの時、諸家より付け置かれ候使者、最前より内膳例のごとく相詰め居り申し候をたばかり、跡へ置き先手へ出され討死なり、内膳正前広より

Three men; under Seki Shōgen's command, out of 46 men, 7 were killed in battle.
