　家来夜深に着候殊之外手負多候故引退申
　候由被仰候夫与り松倉長門守殿仕寄江御越何
　とて乗りふ申候哉御乗候得之由被仰候得者長門
　守家来乗者ら之候由御挨拶に候十蔵殿左
　候はゝ主水に乗せ可申候主水乗申候得者た免
　悪敷可有之間御乗候様に与被仰候得者相心得
　候之由御申候其已後右御両人則竹多者の外
　江御出内膳殿一段高き所へ御上りさい御ぬき
　被成候得共諸勢少も動き不申候故其侭塀裏
　江御附可被成と御進候節内膳殿鉄砲に御当り候

　其時人々立寄引退候様に相見申候十蔵殿尓は塀
　裏江ひら与御附候時矢狭有之處を内与りく
　里石に而閉申候十蔵殿例に松浦仁太夫黒沢
　佐太夫岸半右衛門罷在候高野甚兵衛は四五
　間上手江塀へ付申候半右衛門は少し窪所に居
　申候十蔵殿目加希突掛鑓を払候得者半右
　衛門眼之上江中り申候ひたもの石鑓に而打突
　申扨切支丹共十蔵殿之指物を城中ゟ取引
　上け候其時已たか之く川ろき申を見指物竿
　に取付引合塀を婦まへ十蔵殿を引落し此

家来が夜深くに到着したが、ことのほか手負いが多いので引き退いた」と仰せられた。それより松倉長門守殿の仕寄へ御越しになり「なぜ乗り込まないのか。お乗り込みください」と仰せられたところ、長門守は「家来で乗り込む者がいない」と御挨拶した。十蔵殿は「左様であらば主水に乗らせましょう。主水が乗り込めば、ただでは済まないでしょうから、お乗り込みください」と仰せられたところ、「承知した」と御申しになった。その後、右の御両人はすぐに竹束の外へお出になり、内膳殿は一段高い所へお上がりになり、采配をお振りになったが、諸勢は少しも動かないので、そのまま塀裏へお付きになろうと御進みになった際、内膳殿は鉄砲にお当たりになった。
