　内足軽大将に而有之二月廿七日於本丸塀へ手を
　打死仕候
又曰元日十蔵殿手負被申節松浦仁太夫茂鉄
　炮に而手負十蔵家来之由申に付肩に懸候而
　鉄炮に中り可申与存上野治右衛門前へかゝへ引
　退け申候是は安藤千福殿与り十蔵殿江御
　附被成候者に而有之候其已後鍋島殿江御
　使被仰付候に付矢表江罷越御使之首尾仕
　舞罷帰候
松平氏覚書曰正月元日之朝夜之不のくらき

　内ゟ右之如く相図をしけ連共惣手一度にかゝ
　ら須其中に茂相図を違へす即時に掛るは有
　馬玄蕃頭子息之兵部少を大将として塀
　江乗り懸る処を城中之一揆原稠敷防き戦
　ふ故責る人数手負死人多して乗込事な
　ら須退き多里松平甚三郎是を見て有馬人
　数はおく連堂れは乗込事なるまし左阿ら
　は出丸少し脇尓て近き尓付て出丸に乗込
　申へき迚無二無三に懸る処に塀際近ふし

家中の足軽大将であった。二月二十七日、本丸の塀において手を負い、討死した。

また別の記録によると、正月元日に十蔵殿が手傷を負われた際、松浦仁太夫も鉄砲で手負いとなった。十蔵の家来であるということなので、肩に担いでいたところ鉄砲に当たったのであろうと思い、上野治右衛門が前に抱えて引き退いた。これは安藤千福殿より十蔵殿へ御付きとして付けられた者であった。その後、鍋島殿への御使いを仰せ付けられたので、矢表へ参り、御使いの首尾を全うして帰った。

松平氏の覚書によると、正月元日の朝、夜の明けないうちから右のように合図をして、総軍が一度に攻めかからなければならない。その中でも合図を違えず、即座に攻めかかったのは有馬玄蕃頭の子息である兵部少輔を大将として塀に乗りかかったところ、城中の一揆の者どもが密集して防ぎ戦ったため、攻める人数に手負いや死人が多く出て、乗り込むことができずに退いた。松平甚三郎はこれを見て、有馬の人数は臆病になっているので乗り込むことはできないだろう、それならば出丸の少し脇で近いところに付いて、出丸に乗り込もうと思い、一心不乱に攻めかかったところ、塀際近くまで行って鉄砲で左の膝頭を撃たれた。さすがに格別な
