　め塀下江附く城兵内記か指物を切折亦鎗を
　以て内記を突んとする処に浪人三巻安兵衛
　飛付て其鑓を称じ取有馬監物与吉田隼人は
　兄弟なり始塀下へ付んとする時兄弟立並進
　之希るか監物か郎従竹内太郎右衛門両人之
　跡に引付きしか隼人若し監物ゟ先に塀に附
　は口惜からんと思し尓や兄弟之間江割込て
　隼人を先江やる間敷為に肱を張て先江進む
　隼人竹内を礑と睨汝は吾等誰と思左様尓は
　春るぞと嵩希連は誤多る躰に而尚も振舞は

　本之如しされ共隼人監物与功を鬨つ心なく
　其上彼か監物を一向守護春る志を感して其
　後は彼者之不礼を免し監物隼人竹内三人並
　而塀に着く監物隼人乍両人指物を剪折ら連
　其後監物は股に痛手を負隼人は腰に鑓創を
　承り竹内太郎右衛門は鉄炮に当りて即時に
　死す隼人か児小姓小懸金十郎歩行者水田七
　左衛門此時一所に討連しなり土田主殿か家
　子留安与次右衛門は兼而力重有者に而大き
　成上り梯を軽々と持来り塀に懸少茂猶豫せ

攻撃を仕掛けようと塀の下に取り付いた。城兵が内記の指物（軍旗）を切り折り、また槍をもって内記を突こうとしたところ、浪人の三巻安兵衛が飛びついてその槍を奪い取った。有馬監物と吉田隼人は兄弟であった。最初に塀の下に取り付こうとする時、兄弟が並んで進もうとしたが、監物の郎党竹内太郎右衛門が両人の後に付き従った。隼人は「もし監物より先に塀に取り付いたら口惜しいだろう」と思ったのか、兄弟の間に割り込んで隼人を先に行かせまいとして肘を張って先に進んだ。隼人は竹内を睨みつけて「汝は我等を誰と思うか、そのようにふるまうぞ」と威張ったが、竹内は間違いを犯したような態度でありながら、なおも振る舞いは

When castle defenders cut off Naiki's banner (指物) and tried to thrust at Naiki with a spear, the ronin Mimaki Yasube jumped forward and seized that spear. Arima Kenbutsu and Yoshida Hayato were brothers.
