　く久留米勢茂城を乗捨て敵に押付見せける
　か忠郷之旗本少茂不動に依て諸勢旛幟を見
　てつとに集る有馬内記は軍勢之引払し尓憤
　て猶塀下に残けるを星野惣兵衛か家人小人
　内記を見付主人惣兵衛に角与告に依て惣兵
　衛内記か倒江走寄り人数既に引取し上は急
　き退去可有成り某御供申さん迚座し居ける
　内記か手を引立希るに敵箭眼ゟ鉄砲押向け
　希る内記か郎等加藤伝兵衛其筒先を取んと
　する時に敵鉄砲を放て希るか星野か繰し免

　手成に依て内記は手負之数に不入し也角て
