一、時刻の件について《割書：明日七つ時分から人数を出し、石火矢を打ち次第、鉄砲を撃つ時に声を上げて乗り込むこと》
一、人数が出陣する時、陣中騒がしくならないよう厳しく申し付けること
一、大将以外は歩いて立ち回ること
一、目印として角に取り紙をその方に付けること
一、合言葉は「さいか、さい」と古より申すこと
一、後ろから鉄砲を撃ってはならないこと
一、小屋の火を消し、小屋番を厳重に申し付けること

三月丁卯
松平甲斐守輝綱の天草日記に曰く、正月三日肥前島原にて、去る元日に原城を攻めた際、板倉内膳が討死したとの知らせが来た。伊豆守は士卒を甲斐守に付けて戸田左門氏鉄と共に島原城に至り宿泊し、翌日陸路から有馬に到着した。

松平伊豆守島原陣の覚えに曰く、正月三日肥前島原に泊まる。この場所にて元日の原城総攻めの事、板倉内膳正討死の由を聞く。伊豆守これより陸路を騒ぎながら有馬藤沼に至る。

Third month, Day of the Rabbit
Matsudaira Kai-no-kami Terutsuna's Amakusa Diary states: On the third day of the first month in Hizen Shimabara, regarding the attack on Hara Castle on New Year's Day, news came that Itakura Naizen had been killed in action. Izuno-kami assigned soldiers to Kai-no-kami, and together with Toda Saemon Ujitetsu, they arrived at Shimabara Castle and lodged there, arriving at Arima by land route the following day.

Matsudaira Izuno-kami's Record of the Shimabara Campaign states: On the third day of the first month, stayed in Hizen Shimabara. At this place, heard about the general assault on Hara Castle on New Year's Day and the death of Itakura Naizen-no-sho. From here, Izuno-kami proceeded by land route in haste to Arima Fujinuma.
